We are not an immediate crisis intervention service.
But we can provide a safe, non-judgmental space where you can begin to feel heard and supported and ride the storm you are experiencing now.
There are times when emotional distress becomes so intense that life can feel unmanageable, or you might be facing end-of-life choices due to illness.
You may feel trapped, hopeless, and alone with your thoughts.
Or experience suicidal thoughts, strong urges, or impulses that may quietly sit beneath the surface. Whilst you continue with daily life, hide how you truly feel, or fear judgment from others if you speak out about it.
In difficult moments...During the storm...
-YOU DO NOT NEED TO GO THROUGH IT ALONE-
