Counselling will focus on you, away from life pressures or responsibilties to others. One or two sessions or even the occasional drop-in session may be enough for you.
Or perhaps you wish to work on specific hurdles (6-12) sessions to get back on track.
Sometimes difficulties can be more complex. Having the option of longer term or open ended therapy (12 sessions or more) may be more suitable for you.
Psychotherapy can help you to understand deeper emotional and psychological issues that may be holding you back. It can reveal hidden aspects or engrained negative patterns of relating to self or others due to memories, trauma or abuse.
Picking Up the Pieces can help you to move forward in a more positive way, bring about positive change and rediscover the lost you.
An accessible service to those unable to leave home through illness or caring commitments
which prevent you from accessing appropriate supportive networks when you are struggling.

If you feel there is no connection or I feel that other services or intervention would suit your present needs more adequately I will of course be happy to signpost or refer you to these.
Prices start from £40 per hour- short or long term therapy whether face-to-face or on-line

This service gives accessibility options to those who otherwise would not be able to access supportive services due to ill health, caring commitments or working away from home. It also gives continuity to those that have worked with me before should they require a drop in session to refocuss and get back on track.
