Picking Up The Pieces counselling and psychotherapy service specialises in mental health support for trauma, loss and bereavement. We are committed to serving the local community and provide a warm and welcoming therapeutic environment in-person and online. If you are dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship issues, or feel like you are falling apart due to life pressures, past difficulties, traumatic events or experiences. We offer a diverse range of therapeutic services designed to cater to your unique needs to ensure you feel safe and emotionally supported throughout your journey. At Picking Up The Pieces, we believe in empowering our clients. With counselling and psychotherapy we aim to equip you with the tools needed to manage your mental health effectively and confidently. We are dedicated to helping you transform your life after trauma, loss or bereavement, find ways to develop coping strategies or improve your emotional resilience. Our approach to therapy is centred on understanding each client's unique story and fostering personal growth. Our therapeutic service provides individual therapy, trauma recovery, bereavement support, couples counselling and group work.

Picking Up The Pieces believe in the importance of mental health and well-being. We work holistically to help restore self esteem, rebuild confidence or address additional mental health issues that could negatively affect your well-being.

Picking Up The Pieces...'is where change begins' in-person or online with single session, brief or longer term therapy in and around Truro, across Cornwall, Devon and The UK.
